Our Parker Ionics Powder Coating System is a complete in-house coating line with pre-treatment wash, powder application booth, and gas-fired convection curing oven.

The system includes a multi-stage pre-treatment wash to ensure proper adhesion, electrostatic powder application booths for even coverage, and a gas-fired convection oven for curing. We offer dual-coat processes for outdoor applications requiring extra durability and weather resistance. The pre-treatment wash system uses a multi-stage process including alkaline cleaning, iron phosphate conversion coating, and a deionized water rinse to prepare metal surfaces for optimal powder adhesion and corrosion resistance. The electrostatic application booth uses Parker Ionics corona-charging guns that provide uniform powder deposition even on complex geometries with recesses, bends, and internal corners. Our gas-fired convection oven maintains precise temperature uniformity across its full length, ensuring consistent cure on every part regardless of position in the oven. We stock a range of standard RAL and custom colors in polyester, epoxy, and hybrid powder chemistries to match your application requirements — polyester powders for outdoor UV resistance, epoxy for chemical resistance, and hybrids for general indoor applications. The coating line accommodates parts up to 6 feet long and handles both individual pieces and batch-racked production quantities, making it suitable for everything from prototype finishing to high-volume production coating.
