Our welding department at our Warren facility is equipped with Millermatic 255 MIG welders, dedicated TIG welding stations, and an IPG LightWeld XR handheld fiber laser welder — giving us the versatility to handle virtually any welding application. From structural weldments on .250"–.500" plate to precision cosmetic welds on .018" thin-gauge sheet metal, we match the right process to your material thickness and joint requirements. MIG welding is our go-to for high-volume production work where deposition rates and consistency matter — we run .030" and .035" wire on steel, and .035" aluminum wire for non-ferrous applications. TIG welding handles precision stainless steel and aluminum applications requiring controlled heat input, gas coverage, and minimal distortion. Our IPG LightWeld XR fiber laser welder operates at up to 1,500 watts and produces welds with a heat-affected zone up to 80% smaller than conventional processes — ideal for thin-gauge assemblies, cosmetic enclosures, and applications where warping and discoloration must be minimized.

Every welded assembly can move directly to our in-house powder coating line or assembly department from our Warren shop — keeping your project on schedule and under one roof.
