Metal assembly at our Warren, MI facility goes beyond simple bolt-together work. We manage the complete fabrication-to-assembly workflow: laser cut parts move to forming, then to welding, through powder coating, and finally to our assembly and kitting department. This integrated process eliminates the coordination headaches and quality risks of working with multiple vendors. OEM suppliers in Sterling Heights, Troy, and across Metro Detroit rely on our Warren shop to deliver finished assemblies ready for their production lines.

Our PEMserter Series 4 press installs self-clinching fasteners — including flush-head studs, broaching nuts, flare-in nuts, and threaded standoffs — with insertion forces up to 8 tons, handling panel thicknesses from .040" to .250". We stock common hardware sizes (#4-40, #6-32, #8-32, #10-32, 1/4"-20, 5/16"-18, 3/8"-16) for fast turnaround. Beyond PEM insertion, our assembly capabilities include mechanical fastening with torque-controlled tools, riveting (solid and blind), spot welding, and adhesive bonding.

Every assembled unit goes through a visual and dimensional QC check against your drawing or spec sheet before packaging. We offer custom kitting — grouping multiple components with hardware packs, labels, and work instructions — and ship in returnable containers, corrugated packaging, or customer-supplied bins. We deliver across Metro Detroit on our own truck and ship nationwide. By handling everything in-house from our Warren shop, we maintain quality control at every step and deliver finished assemblies faster than competitors who outsource individual processes.
