(2) TRUMPF TruBend 2100 Press Brakes — Steel Processing Equipment
Overview
Ameristeel operates two TRUMPF TruBend 2100 press brakes, providing high-force bending capacity for larger, heavier parts with modern CNC controls.
Operations & Applications
These two TruBend 2100 press brakes work alongside our TruBend 3066 to give Ameristeel three press brakes for high-capacity forming. The 2100 series machines handle heavier gauge materials and longer parts, with powerful hydraulic systems and modern CNC controls for precise, repeatable bending. Having two identical machines allows us to run parallel forming operations, significantly reducing lead times on production orders.
This forming equipment equipment operates at Ameristeel's Michigan steel fabrication facilities, serving automotive manufacturers and metal fabricators throughout Southeast Michigan and the greater Metro Detroit region.
